Refund policy

At SLIEK Hair™, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions and ponytails, please review our policy carefully before opening your order.

Returns (14 Days)

We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date, provided all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and unaltered

  • The original tag remains attached

  • The product is returned in its original packaging

  • The hair has not been brushed, washed, styled, cut, or worn

For hygiene reasons, items that have been opened, worn, or have the tag removed are not eligible for return.

Shade Confirmation

Please ensure you are confident in your shade selection before removing the tag or opening the hair.

If you are unsure, we recommend contacting us for shade-matching support prior to use. Once the tag is removed, the item becomes non-returnable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, please place a new order for your preferred shade.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products with removed tags

  • Used or worn hair

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Sale or promotional items


    Damaged or Incorrect Orders

    If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assist you promptly.
